A significant part of your role will focus on ensuring that their cloud-hosted application environments are running smoothly at all times, to minimize downtime and disruptions. Experience in financial services or related fintech or SaaS companies would be considered an asset for this role.

This role is suitable if you are an experienced people manager, with a strong technical background in cloud-hosted infrastructure operations. REQUIREMENTS

You have 10 or more years of experience leading and managing teams of IT technical professionals (e.g. cloud administrators, site reliability engineers, dev ops engineers, etc)
You pride yourself on strong communication, with various stakeholders across the business (e.g. product development, project management, implementation consultants, software engineers, marketing, sales, back-office)
You started your career in a technical discipline such as systems administration, data centre engineering, cloud operations, software engineering or similar
