    I worked at RBC full-time

    Pros

Flexible in how you develop your business. Good benefits, lots of resources to help build your business. The branch managers are decent people who want you to do well.

    Cons

Growth targets a real stretch. I would not recommend starting without a client base to start. I was never micro-managed, but I worked hard. After you fall off salary after your first year you get paid quarterly from you investment fees. That's hard unless you have made the sales targets or have a book of business to help your start.

    Advice to Management

You need RBC and Dominion Securities to work together as a team.
