    Nice people, have the ability to interact and network internally, ability to see how a large capital markets desk operates.

    Cons

    Salary is below market value as the bank feels you're leveraging the name, large amounts of bureaucracy to cut through, getting things done can be time consuming.

    Flexible Schedules, and there was a good office environment

    Cons

    Lots of tedious cold calling, with often minimal results. Need to have a lot of grit to be successful.

    CEO and CIO are both great visionaries and leaders

    There is constant change in the environment and you have to be prepared to adopt and operate in such an environment. There is some apparent politics and sometimes even turf wars taking place at executive layers.
