    Great career paths and opertunties, rewards and recognition, incentives and end of year bonus. Work from home

    Cons

    Hours are between 7am-12am , so you might be stuck with a shift for 2-5 months

    I have been working at RBC full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    The RBC Banking Advisor training program is a 8-month program and it really builds a solid foundation for the retail banking sector including all aspects - personal/business account opening, personal credit/lending, investments, estate, etc.

    Cons

    The salary isn't that good compared to other FIs with this position. The workload I did could earn much more with other FIs. Secondly, RBC has a hierarchy and bureaucracy issue. Whether the staff could be advanced in career depends on the current manager. If the current direct reporting manager or BM says no, no matter how well you do in the performance, it cannot happen.
