    Great training, enjoyable, secure and decent pay

    Sales goals were redundant and manager in training was not fantastic

    Great organization, room to move around, offers a lot of opportunity, especially to highly educated people

    Cons

    Tenured and older aged management needs to be replaced, leads the old school way, does not understand how to lead, retain, and cultivate the millennial demographic.

    Hire people, give them autonomy, hold them accountable, and get out of their away.

    Huge learning curve. Online classes are dull

    Provide more ONSITE training. Sticking us in a class for 6 weeks doesnt help
