- great benefits package (includes monthly fitness benefit)
- management encourages and supports work life balance
- interesting work and opportunities to grow and develop

Cons

- some busy times around month and quarter end. Can have long hours, but you know ahead of time when these weeks will be and you can plan your life accordingly

    I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at lululemon (United States)

    Interview

    There was two interviews, one with the assistant manager and one with the store manager. They were both scripted questions. Both my interviews were group interviews on Zoom. I applied online saturday, received an email for the interview same day. 1st interview was the following tuesday, 2nd interview was scheduled the same day. 2nd interview was thursday, was told I would hear back in a few days but received an offer letter the same day.
