KPMG – Why Work With Us?

KPMG LLP is the Canadian member firm of KPMG International.

You may know us best as a professional services firm offering Audit, Tax and Advisory services, but we’re growing and evolving like never before - building digital capabilities into all of our service lines to enhance our reputation as a key digital and transformation provider.

Nationally, we have 40 offices and over 700 partners and 7,000 employees working together to help Canadian businesses achieve their goals.

Let's do this.

At KPMG we believe there are as many versions of success as there are people, and we’re committed to empowering you to become a better you no matter what you do.

That’s why we’ve created a diverse and inclusive environment and an award-winning culture that values thinking and doing differently and working together with our clients, communities and each other.

With a personalized benefits program tailored to your individual needs, a strong commitment to health and wellness and a culture of continuous learning we take care of you, so that you can take care of business.

Mentorship with mental muscle

At KPMG, we understand the benefits that lifelong learning provides for your growth, both professionally and personally. With a focus on thinking and doing differently, we empower KPMG employees to keep their heads ahead of the curve and support them to achieve success through a range of training and development programs:

KPMG Business School (KBS) - KBS is a virtual business school that offers a variety of learning opportunities both formal and on-the-job for you to develop technical, business, and leadership skills. It provides one central location through which you can access the firm’s catalogue of nationally developed, nationally delivered courses.

Easily track your learning progress – Part of KBS, CLiX manages your learning records, including your personal learning history, Continuous Professional Education (CPE) credits, and, where applicable, curriculum certification to help you track your progress as you grow your career.

Access KPMG's CPA program - Take advantage of one of Canada's best CPA programs, designed to help you through the process successfully.

A clear path to success - KPMG has developed Learning Paths that help you clearly understand the requirements of your job role - what you must achieve in your work to be successful, and what actions you can take to get there. Learning Paths, designed for every role from entry-level associate to partner, also help you to understand what it takes to get to the next level as you grow your career with us.

Keep pace with change - KLearn, KPMG's interactive Web conferencing tool, allows real-time learning and collaboration: you can access KLearn anytime, anywhere, from any KPMG computer. Create a CFE study group, problem solve with colleagues, or discuss recent changes to professional standards.

We know that diversity fosters innovation and inclusion builds community.

When employees are able to bring their whole selves to work, they are more dedicated to deliver value-added service to our clients. We’ve made Inclusion and Diversity an inherent part of our culture, and it’s integrated into the way we do business.

We’ve aligned our goals with our inclusive vision by identifying three fundamental areas where we can make the biggest impact:

  • Embedding an Inclusive Culture
  • Creating a Mentally Healthy Workplace
  • Being Leaders in Our Community

We proudly support our people through our Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) for our five priority groups:

  • Indigenous Peoples
  • Persons with Disability
  • LGBT+ Community
  • Visible Minorities
  • Women

What's your this?

Is it matching your big ideas with even bigger business opportunities? Is it opening doors and closing deals?

Maybe it’s trusting your instincts, relying on your knowledge, calculating the risks,
and you knowing you’ve got advisors you can count on when the countdown is on.

Is your “this” working with a team that keeps your head ahead of the curve and ensures precision on every decision?

Is it the thinking that comes before the transactions, the many minds behind the numbers, and having top talent in the boardroom?

No matter what your “this” is, when you face all that’s in front of you, with KPMG behind you, it makes all the difference.

Lets do this.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at KPMG (Toronto, ON) in October 2016.
