lululemon Interview Questions

Group Interview with about 10 other candidates and two existing team members. They went around randomly, allowing each candidate to answer the same questions one at a time. The questions were pretty basic about job experience, background, lululemon knowledge, and situational questions.

The interview process was alright. However, the whole hiring process is slow and kinda disrespectful. They don't respect candidate time and effort. They didn't provide result with promised time twice and didn't respond emails. The most disappointing part is they send copy and paste refuse letter to final round candidate without even bother to change the pasted background color. Moreover, the letter had grammar error.

1 Zoom group interview --> 1 in person with 2 upper management. The group interview asks easy questions about yourself and your goals. The in person is very easy also. Mostly 5 scenario questions about a time you h ad to solve an issue, or what you would do if you had a troubled guest.

The process is quick, well-structured and organised. The interviewers are nice and helpful. It was just a first interview though. The questions are moderate and fit for the role. I expect there would be more technical questions but end up it's more related to my past experience, career plan etc.

It consisted of one group interview with ~10 other people on the Zoom call. This was at the start of the pandemic, so it was online. Each person responded to a given question relating to what prior experiences would help with the job.

Felt toxic in the group interview and hyper competitive. Most of the individuals were jumping down other individuals throats and it overall seemed very fake. Personally, I let others get their two cents out and then I added my own experience and thoughts after because it was the same 2-3 people jumping to answer at first and wouldn’t let others answer questions first.

Amazing, the best staff and very engaging and educational. Great people that answered all of my questions and kept me updated about details for moving forward with the interview process.

I have applied 4 times it’s definitely hard . I would make sure you have weekends available and at least two week days available before applying. I have gone through 3 interviews and never make it to the last interview.

It was good and very informative and unbiased. I felt heard and I felt like it was efficient and thorough enough to get a clear idea on all of the candidates
