    Pros

    The Ford College Graduate Program fosters engineering expertise for new engineers and allows for a look into the various engineering disciplines within an organization.

    Cons

    Due to the nature of the program you get an experience for a variety of management and some are better than others.

    Good pay/ Benefits Discount on Ford vehicles

    Cons

    Long hours and rotating schedule. Work from 6AM-430PM for two weeks and then 530PM-4AM for the next two weeks. Yeah you read that right. Switching sleep schedules like that is not good for your health. Literal psychological warfare between management and union employees Company will do bare minimum Extremely repetitive work with minute by minute deadlines Working in the factory without a/c in the summer is grueling

    The labour is hard on your body, the other factory workers can be toxic, management doesn't really care about the health or safety of their workers.

    Job security is high within the electrical group. Lot's of room for growth and the company pays for schooling with different tuition programs.

    Cons

    Visibility and exposure can sometimes be low.
