Teams are constantly restructured causing breakdowns in communication and relationships. Which is what they want. If they remove your advocates they can throttle raises and performance more readily. There's no ability to control where you go next, they don't allow you to apply to roles within the company, they don't even tell you they needed to fill them, instead they just put people into roles that aren't suited to them to fill seats that need filling. Resulting in poor management decisions and a lack of understanding. Toxic Toxic Toxic. This company belches toxic air at you while they gaslight you. Trying to convince you that everything is great and that you're the problem if you raise any concerns. You're unable to even speak to someone from the HR teams. AI is poorly implemented and run. They just throw spaghetti at the wall and hope it works out. They amplify bad players with tons of money being thrown at problems they made themselves without any actual results. They are constantly patting themselves on the back for achievements that don't achieve anything. If you're a client, you should run, as customer support is completely gone. They knowingly allow fraud and issues on the platform while they chase the dollar and gave up on their own mission. Run into an issue? You better try and figure it out yourself.
