As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Copilot & Power Platform Developer to join the MSP Corp. East team.

About the Role

We are looking for a Copilot & Power Platform Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating client needs into AI-driven solutions within our Professional Services practice. The ideal candidate has proven experience working in client-facing environments and is comfortable interacting with both business users and IT stakeholders. Experience building solutions using Copilot Studio and the Power Platform is required for this role. Full-stack development experience is considered a strong asset.

What you will do

• Develop agents using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and custom connectors.
• Build functional agent workflows leveraging Copilot Studio, Agent Flow, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 services to automate business processes and enhance user productivity.
• Design, develop, validate, and deploy Microsoft Copilot agents, with a strong focus on:
  • Agent architecture and intent modeling
  • Multi-agent orchestration
  • Agent workflows and autonomous task execution
• Understand and clearly explain to colleagues and clients the relationship between the various AI tools offered by Microsoft.
• Leverage your expertise in Microsoft Work IQ for the development of AI agents.
• Stay up to date with technological advancements, Microsoft’s AI and Power Platform roadmap, updates, and relevant emerging technologies.
