      Amazing growth potential and the ability to leave your mark on a business that is always looking for the right talent. This is a unique business and they are in full expansion. This is a place that has so much opportunity to step forward and really learn and build your career.

      Cons

      Because of the rapid expansion, it can sometimes feel chaotic. But from what I see everyone is motivated and pushing towards a common goal.

      Pros

      The work environment is very aggressive and condescending, creating a hostile atmosphere. Favoritism appears to be a priority for management. No matter how well you perform, your work is not acknowledged unless it is criticized. Approval from the director seems to matter more than actual performance. If the director does not like you, you risk being laid off based on a fabricated story driven by ego and pride.

      Cons

      The company environment feels neither fair nor supportive. Employees are treated like machines, with little respect or consideration. The workplace culture encourages people to point fingers at each other to protect themselves, rather than working as a team. The workload is extremely heavy, and even eight hours is not enough to keep up. Despite working hard, employees are not rewarded; instead, they are made to feel as if they are not capable of doing their jobs.
