    Pros

Great benefits package, the networks are great and once you're in, you are open to numerous opportunities. They also offer tuition assistance so you'd be able to get a free masters degree if that's what you want to do.

    Cons

Sometimes people are a bit old school. You're surrounded by immature undergrads. The food is overpriced everywhere. A lot of red tape everywhere.

I have been working at University of Waterloo full-time

    Pros

Lots of academic opportunities, great networking opportunities.

    Cons

The benefit plan for all University of Waterloo employees does not include optical. For a university with a school of optomestry you would think that vision care would be a priority.

    Advice to Management

Add optical into current employee benefit plan.
