I worked at Tim Hortons part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fast paced environment, good co-workers, opportunity to move up quickly. Can get a little stressful at times depending on the location but you learn a lot about what it takes to compete in a team environment.

    Cons

Long hours, intermittent shifts, difficult customers. Multi-tasking can sometimes be difficult if understaffed. Little time off on holidays. Tough to get shifts covered.

    Advice to Management

The system at Tim's was good since I work there. I have no real advice to give, as I don't see any problems that are easily solved. It was a great place to work as a summer job.
