    Great way to gain experience, keeps you busy and the teams you help build can be unforgettable

    Cons

    High demands from corporate, difficult to hit targets, issues between franchisees and parent company often leave Managers and employees caught between a rock and a hard place. Too many bosses with different opinions, there are two different bosses from corporate per store, plus their bosses and franchisee bosses.

    Advice to Management

    Better comunicatiom between parent company and franchisees is needed. Better comunication in product roll out is needed.
