    Pros

Good work environment. Great management. Great benefits.

    Cons

Commission, winter months you pretty much make no money because it's so slow. Summertime however it's crazy busy.

    Advice to Management

Put Sales reps on a salary with bonus commission! It would make Sales reps feel more secure in their jobs, especially during slow times. It would boost moral and make a Sales rep more motivated because they have a guaranteed income.
