I worked at Tim Hortons full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It's simple enough pretty much anyone can do it and there's very flexible hours.

Also you can usually pick up lots of extra shifts if you want because so many people call in all the time.

    Cons

If people of authority don't like you they make it unbearable to work there. Seen so many people quit because of it.

    Advice to Management

    Don't show favoritism..

I have been working at Tim Hortons full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Running your kitchen is something different from just working up front. I enjoy having my own place that I take care of during my shift.

    Cons

It isn't easy being responsible for the kitchen, but also not being able to run it properly since you will be called out front to help with "drive thru" or store front when it gets busy.
