Pros
Consistant hours, pay raise once a year(mostly), days off within 2 week(maximum 2 month) request, I enjoy my position of break floater, most of my coworkers and my customers.
Cons
Mistreatment of staff, ignorance, malfunctioning equipment, being talked down to, no team work, zero positivity on most days, management is ineffective and makes staff feel inferior, no amount of complaints or conversing has fixed the issues in the time I have been there.
