    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Starbucks part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great student job with lots of flexibility. Opportunity to grow with the company. Friendly staff and very tight knit group. Great teamwork. Management is generally strong

    Cons

Low pay lots of rude customers. Training has gone downhill. Training used to be the best part about the company but it was pushed aside

    Advice to Management

Pay more for quality training. Do not cut hours so much. Working a busy floor with not enough staff can become stressful. Also more non coverage hours please

    District Manager Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Montreal, QC
    Declined Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Starbucks (Montreal, QC) in March-2015.

    Interview
