I worked at Tim Hortons full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Tips are good and make it above minimum wage(if you get tips)

    Cons

Coworkers, the customers, they expect drive thru times under 20 seconds but we have food orders with 5 sandwiches and 8 drinks. What happened to being a coffee/donut shop. Stop trying to compete with every other company while paying your employees the bare minimum and never being happy with sales. You aren't losing money. You're always gaining. Greedy greedy corporation just like everything else. Have to deal with crackheads and call the police multiple times a week because of overdoses and fights that happen in our lobby and not enough staff on duty to deal with it. Always out of stock because of manager so we get angry customers. Did I mention unfair drive thru times? Raising coffee prices every few months while the overall quality of product goes down. I can go on and on. Workers are slow the best people are put in drive thru and even then they're kids who dont care or old people bitter about life or people who recently came to canada but dont bother to speak English and dont know how to count money and you wonder why money is missing because they just guess which coins to give back to customers!
