I have been working at Tim Hortons full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Easy job, free hot drinks and 50 percent on all other stuff in store, friendly management, get enough hours

    Cons

It hurts me to see my new workmates being taken advantage of by rude customers because they’re new and still learning so I try my best to stand for them. If you’re physically strong, supervisor will over work you. Stressful at times cause it gets really busy some days and you stand for longer hours.

    Pros

Super flexible for scheduling hours around personal life

    Cons

not enough pay for the work, a lot of pressure from management and corporate DM's to move faster (Drive Thru times), it's like being watch by Big Brother... corporate HQ controls everything including where you buy your scissors or oven mitts and then they charge the owners INSANE mark-ups for these basic items and food. Nothing but corporate greed! They put an insane amount of pressure on the owners which then trickles down to the workers being paid minimum wage...
