There was no benefits for me as I was only a part-time employee. Talking to full time employees about benefits was almost eye opening to see how terrible of place really Tim Hortons

You can eat donuts, timbits, coffee, and tea for free during your shift but you're not allowed to take any home of course. I suppose they offer private health insurance but holidays and time off are not paid. You don't have any paid sick leaves as well. Basically, if you don't show up for work, you don't get paid.

We actually do not have any benefits as far as I know. Maybe we will have benefits once we get promoted.

The best thing was that we can just inform about a vacation a few weeks earlier and then just take them. The worst was that we had to pay for all our meals.
