I worked at Tim Hortons full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

A good promotion if you like to keep busy, be a leader, get good experience for your resume, decent pay raise. You assign duties on the shift, not doing so much of the chores yourself, but have other managerial duties to do every shift.

    Cons

You have the responsibility of leading the shift, must make sure all chores and duties are completed on shift. Dealing with customers can be stressful. Might get called in to work and have little wiggle room, and have to get shifts covered.
