Pros
À Montréal : un très beau milieu de travail, de super collègues, un bon patron. Les bureaux sont neufs et désignés par les employés. Il y a régulièrement des stagiaires, des embauches junior et senior et de l'avancement. Le café est excellent ! La gestionnaire de bureau s'occupe bien des employés, le patron est accessible. L'emplacement est parfait en transports publics ou à vélo, sauf si vous voulez venir en voiture. Le building est sécurisé.
Cons
Les salaires sont un petit peu en dessous de la concurrence, alors les employés finissent par partir. Les bureaux ouverts posent parfois des problèmes de bruit. La température est difficile à ajuster. Certains employés peuvent être à 100% en télétravail, la politique est assez flexible à cet égard, sauf certains postes qui exigent d'être présents. Entreprise francophone mais avec quelques employés anglophones : ça prend d'être bilingue pour y travailler.
