Pretty good health benefits. Wellness benefits could be better: for example, provide wellness dollars that we can use at any gym or for healthy food coupons. Stock options and RRSP would be a great addition for benefits.

The benefits are ok. One thing that they can do to improve is add sick days because now they are all together with vacation days.
The best thing is that Dental is 100% covered. Eye care could definitely be improved, no RRSP or Procom match.
Procom has 100% employer paid benefits except for LTD (which allows you to get the best payout should you ever need to collect these premiums). The coverage is definitely satisfactory to those with families to cover all your drugs, dental, out of country medical which are normal everyday expenses. There are not tons of extra bells and whistles but I also don't pay a dime to use the ones that I do have. I previously paid over $250 per month for family benefits and did not use all the benefits available so if I need extra bells and whistles, I will just use the money I am saving by not paying for my current benefit plan. Vacation plan out of the gate is very good- 3 weeks of personal time in first year and 20 days in 2nd year.

The time off policy is better than some of their competitors in this industry but it is still not where it should be based on the level of seniority and tenure.
