    "Unlimited" Vacation -- hard to get approved more than 3 weeks but still, excellent for unexpected days off

    Pros

    High growth, fast paced, embracing new technologies. Every employee is going through company culture training on how to keep the start up feel but also challenge the status quo.

    Cons

    Rush hour traffic can be a pain by the airport. But most Managers are pretty flexible with start times.

    Advice to Management

    Keep the culture and keep expanding into new lines of business. Lots of growth potential in our industry if we're willing to go after it.

    Pros

    Tremendous energy and supportive environment. Most people are positive. An environment that celebrates diversity including different ideas and perspectives.

    Cons

    Maybe growing too fast...but that's not necessarily a con but employees need an agile and flexible mindset.

    Keepd doing what you're doing. Remain authentic.

    Great CEO
    Ok health benefits
    Free parking and free gym
    Nice cafeteria

    Cons

    Managers can be abusive and bully employees for their own entertainment and rate their performance as they like. No fair performance review process and manager can rate you red with no reasons and HR doesn't even have an appeal process. company is full of lies about "empowering" employees

    Advice to Management

    This goes to the senior leadership who really cares about the employees... re-design the performance review process and enforce clear expectations instead of leaving it up to the managers who can practice favoritism and bully employees. Here is an idea, implement an appeal process so employees can flag a bullying manager. Here is another one, Hold your managers accountable and responsible for every yellow/red rated employee and audit it in a formal fair meeting, there are awesome people quitting because of the managers free to practice bullying/favoristim
