amazing people to work with, cool amenities,
Cons
Tasks and responsibilities has been passed from different teams to our team. Additional workload should mean salary increase or additional headcount. Salary is not at par with current market.

Great company - disjoined leadership
Jan 6, 2023 - Finance Director in Toronto, ONRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Overall this is a fantastic company. Founders care a lot about employees. People who work here are good humans and treat one another with respect. Office perks and work from home perks are great. Flexible work arrangement. Good events. Solid pay and not stingy on bonus. Vacations are good (not stingy)
Cons
No one really knows who owns top decisions. It’s like everyone and no one is in charge. Decisions that seem obvious don’t happen. Some of the Exec who have been around a long time don’t do any work or add value. They are layers and make working here slow and like the government sometimes. Redundant groups that had value once upon a time but don’t anymore. Overlapping functions and roles since there are lots of silos and each Exec builds their own fiefdom.

Feb 13, 2023 - Senior Software EngineerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Great salary - Awesome benefits - Stock options - Free Lunch - Depends on the team but some times can help growth aspect alot
Cons
- Due to some new manager hires and some old ones the internal politics is too much. - Managers micro-manage the employee which breaks the trust - Managers intervenes in developer work and force there thinking on dev's - Too much focus on meetings and showing higher management that work is being done where as reality is sometimes opposite.
