Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. I interviewed at PointClickCare in Nov 2023
Interview was great. Asked lots of questions related to interests and some about SQL and Linux. The rest was behavioral questions and about your interest in the company and team.
- SQL technical question from leetcode.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PointClickCare (Mississauga, ON) in Oct 2023
1. Phone screen, short and sweet. 2. Video call, lasted about an hour and discussed prior experience and projects. 3. Technical interview with pseduocoding, mostly SQL database and querying questions. I did not make it to the final round which was apparently a panel interview with the the team. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional during the whole process. There was a little confusion with interview topics and a non-responsive recruiter but otherwise it was a pleasant experience.
- Given a particular set of information, how would you organize it in a database.

A call with the recruiter and followed by an interview with the Technical Hiring Manager. The interview was about some introduction to the technologies used and followed by a coding assessment which is not too hard.

3 interviews: 1 with HR, 1 with hiring manager, and 1 with hiring manager and a team member to present a project. Didn't get the job, but overall thought it was a very fair process.

The interviewer is nice, and the process is enjoyable. Half of questions is behavior questions, and the rest is coding questions (about SQL). The please prepare some project examples about database management.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Manchester, CT
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PointClickCare (Manchester, CT) in Jul 2023
The recruiting team and all involved team members had a very clear and effective way of communicating the process. There were three interviews - an introductory call with the recruiter, a video meeting with a Senior Manager, and a video meeting with the Director.
- How do you handle difficult conversations with your team members?
- Tell me how you intend to build trust, or build a rapport, with your reports (if you are hired).

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Minneapolis, MN
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PointClickCare (Minneapolis, MN)
Multiple rounds of interviews, 1-2 hours each. System design, coding challenges, behavioral questions. There were a couple times during the interview that the interviewer didn't quite know what to do. After many hours of questioning getting asked about tennis balls was out of left field. The system design interview was interesting but not a real world problem and the interview kept making up more constraints.
- migration a tic-tac-toe game from on-prem to cloud.
