Vanguard Problem Resolution Administrator interview questions

As an internal employee I interviewed for a promotion in the problem resolution department. The first round of interviews was a panel interview by 2 managers in the 401k division. I was asked a series of behavioral based questions. The second interview was a 1:1 interview with a department head and was more about how I would handle certain issues in theory.
