I have been working at Capgemini full-time

    Pros

The people make this company worthwhile. Everyone is very helpful and the senior managers and principals honestly care about their employees growth and progression.

    Cons

They're not as much about people as they let on. Their concern is their profit margins and pipeline. They will play favorites internally amongst service lines and give opportunities to the ones that have higher margins even if it means letting others go because they've been on the bench and can't transfer.

    Advice to Management

The project bonus is a joke, give the majority of the profits to the team members not VP's who do nothing. Try to be true to your mantra and put your people first.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Capgemini full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Mediocre benefits, for someone fresh out of high school, it's better than nothing. It pays better than being a burger flipper.

    Cons

If you want to advance, you need to make the right friends. If you have any health problems, they will not work with you at all. Also on a side note, while many companies are willing to pay for physician statements, this is not one of them.

    Advice to Management

I know this company has a mindset that comes from overseas, but they need to wake up and realize they're in Canada.
