    Pros

Working with Capgemini for 8 years now, it has been a great place, tremendous learning opportunities. Have been promoted 3 times in the 8 year of employment. They value hard work and talent. Hope this journey continues for many more years!
    Many training programs!

Pay is not at per market standards!

    Advice to Management

Please give proper hike and pay to the hard working and talented employees rather than favouring few.

I worked at Capgemini full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

I worked in Capgemini for 8.5 years and it’s a very nice place to work and grow at lower levels below manager levels. Lot of diversified opportunities and easy to approach high level management and open to discuss views.

    Cons

Few drawbacks are not easy to move between service lines, at and above manager levels expectations is different including sales, revenue management and people leadership along with technical delivery. As any other consulting company, in Capgemini also it is expected to be spent more than regular hours.

    Advice to Management

There should be a different career growth for technical, non-technical and sales groups at and above manager levels with proper work share.

    Pros

    Friendly work space.
    Working culture is good.

Very slow management, both for current and former employees.

Exit clearance is disastrous, it can be lot better if it is automated rather than asking employee to go to individual department and get clearance.

    Most coworkers are very pleasant
    Very diverse workplace
    Free snacks on occasion
They do have training sessions every couple of months for skills such as building confidence.

    Cons

    Favouritism
Raise is minimal if you’re lucky enough to get one
    Difficult to receive a promotion
You get 30 mins of break time a day which is timed, you will constantly be reminded of this.
When you first begin it takes a very long time to get access so you shadow people for 8 hours a day. ‘‘Tis is considered your training but you are only observing and not allowed to talk

    Advice to Management

There is no “I” in team. If you want to lead a successful team, be someone who your team wants to be successful for.
