    Great work culture. Work in large teams. Get experience across North America and includes a lot of travel

    Cons

    There is very little work/life balance. There is lack of standard methodology so one has to "figure it out" while on a project.

    Advice to Management

    It would be good to focus on more work/life balance

    Lots of good things to put on your resume, plenty of challenges

    Cons

    Clients abusive and have unreasonable expectations. Isn't this typical though for consulting? Oh, and watch out for nightmare engagements. Half of them are that way it seems?

    Don't sell what you can't deliver

    People are great and the least of office politics

    They don't tell you at the interview your are supposed to do "Sales" no matter what is your job. Also you are supposed to mentore others
