Before starting the coding test, I had to set up the development environment in one of the machines. I successfully built the application during the coding exam. My code and screen (UI) design were reviewed by the CEO. He offered me a 4 months unpaid Internship (according to his language it is "practicum"). He told me this offer must help me to gain skills much faster than going to school, but there is no guarantee to hire me as a fulltime. I declined the offer as I feel it is nothing but an "exploitable" offer. The entire process enlarges my bad experience list.
