    Two written tests - situational judgement test was all multiple choice questions, memo writing was one hour long where they gave you a case to read and respond; and one in-person interview involving role play. Don't think you could have prepared for these tests/interview.

    They asked about 10-15 questions. Most of them were behavioural, while about 3 of them were situational, related to technical support. There were three interviewers who were very nice and talkative. The interview lasted about 30 minutes, which was the time booked.

    The interview was very laid back. No technical questions. I applied in January and got an interview in a month. The interview was with 2 managers from different department. During the interview, the interviewer will ask you about your prefer work location and prefer department (ex income tax, GST/HST etc.)
