I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Array Studios (Nanaimo, BC) in Mar 2017
Interview
The interview process began with assembling a webpage in HTML/CSS from a PSD which the firm provided. I was sent the file and given a week to do the work before the time my in-person interview was scheduled to happen. I was encouraged to contact them if I had any questions about the assignment. During the interview they brought up the demo of the site I had created and we discussed my challenges and successes and the final product. The other interview questions mainly centred on discerning if I was apt to be a good fit for the team dynamic in the role they were seeking to fill.
