After I applied, I was contacted to take an online logic and typing skills assessment. After I received a competitive score, I was called in for a one-on-one HR interview. After that, I was scheduled for a panel interview with several managers from the Claims department. One week later I received a call offering me a job.

The process was quick and they were very responsive the entire time. Even providing feedback when I was not offered the position explaining things to work on before trying again.
