Maternity leave benefits reimbursement was very good
The best thing about the benefits package here is the time off and flexibility. The worse about the benefit package is no reimbursement for fitness.
It does not have enough sick leave pau and no incentive program and there was no benefits to be had for this plan
state farm is operated as small agencies. The agent decides everything. Your salary and your vacations. Most of them have small teams, so it is hard to have a vacation as you wanted sometime.

the best or worst thing about the benefit package at state farm is very good. mostly depends on sale. they have good compensation packages as well. working at state farm is highly recommended.

Overall the benefits package is good. They're are three tiers to choose from; Bronze, Silver and Gold. Be advised that now with Desjardins purchase of StateFarm Canada you will be contributing a portion of your cheque to your benefits.
