We are proud to share that our Chairman and CEO, Alan Schnitzer, was honored as the “2022 Insurance Leader of the Year” by St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business at the 27th annual Insurance Leader of the Year Award Dinner on Jan. 18.
During his acceptance speech, Alan announced the creation of The Travelers Scholarship for Future Leaders with a pledged gift of $250,000. The scholarship fund will support students with financial needs who demonstrate strong leadership potential.
The Insurance Leader of the Year award recognizes the work of outstanding individuals whose leadership in the worldwide insurance and financial services industry sets them apart from their peers.

Interview
I applied to two different times for the same office. Both times it took almost 2 months for them to get back to me and the recruiter that reaches out to you is not thorough and will definitely ghost you. Both times I had a 45-minute interview with the hiring manager where they asked about my experience and some behavioral questions. Both times I received a rejection at 1 AM in the morning. I thought the interviews went well and because of my experience in underwriting, so I really have no idea what happened.
