IBM Hyperion Developer interview questions

Initially we get call from HR. She would do first round (usually easy one) then next round would be face to face interview in IBM office. The interview will happen for over 1 hr approx but irritating thing is waiting time before interview (I waited for over 2 hrs). then next is Managers round where salary negotiation would happen and band would be decided for the candidate and last one is Offer letter. (this could take long time even months to receive offer letter)
