I received an online technical assessment and successfully solved all questions presented. However, I did not receive a response afterward. The entire process was completely automated, and the application procedure felt outdated and inefficient.

Interview
Sadly I stopped at the OA process and never received the forward email. The OA took about 70 minutes, and the coding website itself is nice and easy to use.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IBM in Dec 2021
Interview
First I had a 3h coding assessment, I did really good on it and continued on to first round of interviews. I passed those and just today finish the 2nd round of interviews, now awaiting a response for HR.
First round of interviews was me and a nice lady who evaluated me based off my resume and claimed skillset. I felt comfortable during the interview and it lasted around 35 minutes.
For the second I was put in a call with 3 people who worked on the team I would be on, they were all very kind and opened with asking me questions about my resume and projects I've done. They then explained what they do and what I might do if I got the job. This one took about 45 minutes.
Overall, other then the time between interviews, it has felt simple and I have no complaints.
