Pros

Remote work from home is good

Cons

They don’t care about the employees. Constant fear of layoffs - a huge round was just done and there was no proactive communication about it. This company is on a downward spiral. They don’t communicate changes in a timely fashion. The management is constantly looking for mistakes to call you out on and never praises for a job well done. Pay sucks. Constantly micromanaged. Focus is on metrics and making your Leader look good. Leaders breath down your neck listening to calls and watching your screens without you knowing and announce any mistakes to the whole team. Your metrics are shown to the whole department. Feels like they try to embarrass you in front of everyone if you don’t understand something or don’t do well. Just overall horrible company.

Pros

Flexible when it comes to how to get the work done. While working remote you don't have to waste time driving to location. You have the ability to work at night to catch up on workload if needed.

Cons

The strong achievers may end up getting more workload.
