    Pros

    Great job overall.
Working with smart people who care about you.
Manager that listen to your needs and help you grow.
    Great atmosphere.
    Cool studio / office.
Beers on Friday + cool down time with colleagues.
    Multiple social activities.
    Team building activites.
    Epic christmas + summer parties.
    Flexible schedule.

    Cons

Biggest con is when dealing with certain team, they tend to not take ownership and delegate to other teams.
    Lots of context switching
Lots of priority switching (Working on certain features and dropping all the work before it is finished)
When working with tools, the dev teams tend to stay as far as possible from the client.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ubisoft (Montreal, QC).

    Interview
