Great benefits, 10/10, thank you for taking care of your employees

What I appreciate about the benefits package is that they care about employees overall wellness and they are constantly looking for ways to improve and update the benefits to meet the needs of the employees and the current context in the world.

Regular company events and free merch. The parental leave comes with a top up and extra days off. Health insurance doesn't cover everything, but is sufficient. Extra vacation time and holidays have been added for 2022.

Their new benefits are amazing, they are inclusive and always looking for providing amazing work-life balance.

Pretty decent package at large

Ubisoft montreal offers unlimited sick days, good holiday time off, and yearly bonuses. Unfortunately it is still unclear what the future of work from home looks like with the company.
