      Nice work environment. Good benefits. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Top management has announced a full return to the office, eliminating the hybrid work policy. However, they have been unable to provide a clear justification when asked. Many believe the real intention is to encourage voluntary departures and reduce costs without resorting to mass layoffs.

      Work with talented people on interesting projects Basic perks are great (insurance, vacations, RRSP...)

      Cons

      No more remote/hybrid work Too much politics and too poor resource/project management (there are talents just poorly managed) Salary not competitive enough and almost no increase in 2-3y, no bonuses as well Low risk project and decisions, get ready to be asked to do less Career development depends on informal discussions rather than skill sets False positive mindset where honest opinions is not well received
