We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Kickboxing Instructor / Sales Associate to join our fitness team. This role combines the passion for teaching kickboxing classes with the ability to engage clients and promote our fitness programs. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, personable, and committed to helping members achieve their health and fitness goals while contributing to the growth of our studio

Duties

• Lead engaging and effective kickboxing classes for members of all skill levels, ensuring proper technique and safety.
• Assist new clients with class registration, membership inquiries, and program information to promote studio growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member questions / concerns and pro shop sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized class area, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and sanitized.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and motivation to encourage participants during workouts and help them stay committed to their fitness journey.
• Support studio marketing efforts through social media engagement and community outreach initiatives.
• Contribute to a positive studio atmosphere by fostering camaraderie among members and staff

Skills

• Some experience in teaching kickboxing, martial arts or group fitness classes with strong instructional skills is preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to motivate and inspire participants of diverse ages and fitness levels.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to promote memberships and additional services effectively.
• Organizational skills to manage class schedules, member records, and studio operations efficiently.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their personal goals.
