Super fast process which was nice as I had some deadlines. Most everyone I met with was great and fortunately, I wasn't asked the same questions over and over again.
Where it got messy and impersonal was at the offer stage (where there should be an emphasis on the personal aspect). You're working with one recruiter through the process then you're passed off to another one then you talk to another recruiter about comp then back to the second recruiter. Just seems like an extremely inefficient process. What would have been nice is to have the manager I'm reporting to maybe send an email to say congrats? Or how about we're excited to potentially have you on the team? Or maybe hey, let me know if you have any questions? Nothing at all...just you have 5 days to make a decision because there's someone right behind you.
I haven't accepted or declined yet, but I know for sure they need to be more personal with potential colleagues and has soured my experience compared with other companies who truly give a crap about each individual they want to hire.

Interview
Not very friendly and confusing approach to some questions. They didn't really care if you were a good fit, unless you gave them specific answers in the interview. Overall it was not a good interview and they made me uncomfortable the whole time.

A short Phone Screen for 10 minutes in that hardly anything was asked and an assignment was given to do. The assignment clearly says I can choose I like and I chose the 1st topic and submitted. Then I was asked to cover 2-3 more assignments and more time was allowed. I submitted within given time. When I informed about my submission of the assignment, I was told that my candidature was rejected as they found better candidates. They asked me to do assignment but did not check it. They asked me to work on additional exercise but it was not considered. Hence, a terrible candidate experience.

No questions was asked to judge a recruiter's knowledge and experience on Technology understanding, Market data, Stakeholder Management or any achievements. A 10 minutes phone call it was and I was just asked to tell about my overall experience.
