All in all great interview process. The full process consisted of: a chat with recruiter, an online test, 2 phone interviews with my hiring manager and future colleague, 1 homework assignment, 5 in person on site interviews (all in the same day).
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uber
Interview
It was a screening interview. Someone from HR asked to do a call. She asked general questions about my experience and why I was applying. That interview took 20 minutes. A week later, I was asked to take a test. It was a timed test on excel. I did not receive a call back

Interview
The process was fast and very clear. The HR group was friendly and well organized. My impression of that company was that they have a very fast-paced environment and work very long hours. You need to be very in tune with their business model and excited about it. My impression was that things were moving very fast and finance was always trying to catch up with the business.

There were no difficult questions - but comments, like "I think they pay their employees too much for the time they work", when referring to another company to see your reaction and fit with the company's culture.
