A lot of interview reviews for this company and no offers. Heres my story. Started this process back in October. Applied online for auto claims and received a call from the recruiter asking me to set up a phone interview. Set up phone interview for the week after but she didn't call me. Later in November I receive a call from her stating she received my app and wanted to set a phone interview. I explained we did but she never called. She apologized and promised to call the following day. She did call but explained the position was workers comp, not auto like I applied for. I told her I was still interested as long as its entry level and she said it was. She told me she wanted to set up an in person interview for January start date and would email me my interview times. A few weeks go by and she sends me an email of the job posting. I reply back thanks but I'm still waiting to set up an interview. I didn't hear back until late January but stated she will set me up for in in person interview for March class. Took another week to finally lock in a date for the interview. The in person interview was more of a discussion about life experiences and passions and not about the job. Well at least with the claims director. That part I thought went real well. There was a workers comp team lead who was also at the interview. She didn't say much or seem to care to be there. She did ask some very technical questions about the position that only someone with workers comp could answer. I stated that I thought this was entry level along with everything I could know from doing research from an outsider's perspective. Still thought I did well since that was only a minute of the entire hour long interview. I was informed hr would call for a job offer in a couple weeks. A couple days later I received an email saying thanks but no thanks. I was very disappointed especially dealing with a very unprofessional hr manager who dragged out the process.
