Interview
I applied online and received an email a few days later about a phone interview to take place. Interview was a simple phone interview with a lot of behavioral questions. The interviewer was very friendly.
All done remotely which seemed odd given everyone is back in office. Standard interview process with HR then two interviews with management. Moved quickly and response time was great. HR kept in contact throughout process.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Hartford in Aug 2017
Interview
Part of the Early Immersion Program. Then got asked to interview on last day for the finance internship. Quick and easy one on one with the program director. Heard back in two weeks.
