Sun Life Rotational Program interview questions

First round interview: Interview with 3 people- 2 from HR, 1 from Operations Half French, half English. Very friendly and basic situational questions--nothing too surprising. They will ask you your location preference, if you say Montreal you MUST be fully bilingual. They will also ask you what you see yourself doing/what department you would want to work in. You must be mobile.

First round with 2 HR reps on campus. Basic fit questions kind of informal with a lot of behavioural. Second round in HQ where you get to meet all the other candidates.
