Got an email for video interview after applied online. questions about -your customer service skills, -your ability to handle ambiguity, -your self-insight. The deadline for this interview is 12pm and it said that only take 10-15min to complete. However, include the time to register, test the camera and sound, practice the sample questions, and the interview, it took me over half hour.
