Applied online and the next day I received an email to take two assessment tests. The next day after i completed the test, I received another email saying my results were competitive and they need to they will call to set up a phone interview. Got the call to have a phone interview the following week which should last between 30-45 mins. The interview questions were: Name a time yo dealt with a customer and what were the end results, why state farm, how have you dealt with a teammate that wasn't pulling their weight, and why you felt your role was important on your past jobs. Just prepare yourself for the interview and practice how to answer questions. After the interview i got a call back about an hour later and was offer a job.
