Applied online and then a phone interview, I was called in for a face to face interview. I accepted the offer, my supervisor was not helpful at all. I wasn’t thought what to do, was told to keep calling people and giving them quotes.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
