Oracle Solutions Engineer Applications interview questions

I applied on 9/11, they didn’t email until the last week of Oct. At this point I had various offers so I had to decline moving forward. They apologized and after I already told them I was accepting another offer within a week, they asked if I wanted to do a speedy version of the process. Not sure how I could get from interview one to offer in one week. We’re hesitant to accept my withdrawing from the process. I had heard about this delay and then hard push for you to do a speed process before from friends, but didn’t believe it till now. Makes me question how through they can be.
