Comprehensive flex package with health, dental, glasses etc. There is FLEX options with f/t WFH or 80% office/20%home or f/t office. 3 weeks vacation upon hire -- not as flexible with negotiating vacation time. 4 weeks only after 7 years at the company.

Best thing is that Oracle RRSP matching is fairly generous. They pay for the health insurance premiums.
