Great group of people.... I was number two on a long list and didn't get the offer. The VP of Sales and hiring Manager both have helped to get me other leads and interviews. I would recommend trying to ID the hiring manager instead of just submitting a resume to a recruiter, get out of the crowd... it looks better to track them down as you would during the sales process. At least for a sales oriented job.

It was pretty short and quick, very informal for the most part. They do an initial screening, then you speak with the hiring manager and VP one level up from them.
