friendly people, lot of technical questions about Linux OS , foreign language interview for French customer support, interview with Frederic Capele French Oracle engineer from Paris , very friendly , main purpose was to test the language skills and not the IT skills for which they provide paid training, they wanted to know how well you may handle an angry customer in the middle of the night ( let say we have crashed down server for important bank during week end night ! )

what you gonna do with angry customer in the middle of the night if you have crashed down server at no technical solution available immediately ( you have to escalate case to tier 2 / level 2 )
