Index Exchange Software Engineer Manager interview questions

Interview lasts for 3 months. I went through 6, 7 rounds, can't remember clearly. I didn't get the job, which I don't mind at all. But the process is unclear, and lack of decision making, which I do mind. Unlike other interview process in which decision is made along the process, their decision making happens at the very end, which indicates bad decision making flow, likely only 1 person can make the call. Also, there's no fixed rounds of interviews, a random round can be added, and it can be onsite, I did 2 rounds of onsite, candidate's time is not well respected. Staffs are very kind, I appreciate walking me around the office, but if I don't work there, I don't need to know, the kindness is appreciated, but not necessary. Overall, it looks to me management is very indecisive, inefficient. Hiring should be much easier than this in current employer market.
